Time and enthusiasm to spare? Volunteer opportunities with MERIT include helping us catalogue our vast treasure trove of local historical information to make this available for public access.
We are always looking for people to help us spread the word about the fascinating history of the Country Park and the remarkable family who created it. And indeed, to help research it.
Perhaps you would like to join us in coming up with inspired ideas for how to raise funds to fulfil MERIT’s goals of supporting the restoration of the parkland and making it much better known.
MERIT’s concern with the parkland includes the natural environment. Expertise on local flora & fauna – along with an enthusiasm for communication – would make you a valued member of the MERIT team.
If you would like to get involved, do drop us a line at hello@meritcharity.org. It would be very helpful if you could let us know a little about yourself and the areas of MERIT’s work you would be particularly interested in.
